What may be deleted

Subject to verification and applicable requirements, we may delete or deactivate account credentials, profile information, and other personal data that is no longer required for legitimate academic, institutional, legal, security, or regulatory purposes.

What may need to be retained

Certain academic or institutional records may need to be retained even after an account is disabled or deleted. This may include records required for attendance, examinations, internal assessment, logbooks, academic certification, audit, accreditation, university requirements, legal obligations, or institutional record-keeping.

Where retention is required, access will remain restricted and the information will be kept only for the applicable legitimate purpose and retention period.

Processing time

We will review verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. If we cannot delete certain records, we will explain the reason where appropriate.
